HOW TO ORDER We process most orders on the day they are placed. You will be sent confirmation of your order if you place an order via our web site and provide a valid e-mail address. PAYMENT Full payment is due before any goods are dispatched. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payment can be made: • Securely using our online shopping basket (we use SSL for exchanging payment information and do not e-mail payment information at any time). • By including your payment card details with your order form in the post. • By enclosing a cheque, made payable to 'Margaret Spencer & Co.', with your order form in the post. Please write the cheque guarantee card number on the reverse of the cheque, for payments less than £100, to allow immediate processing. • By telephoning us on (01621) 828234 during normal UK office hours with your payment card details. Please state your choice of colour and size, and also the body length of the horse (breast to rump) when ordering by telephone.
DELIVERY CHARGES We charge a fixed rate of £3.95 per order for deliveries to all UK addresses, except for timber packs that will be dispatched by carrier and charged at cost.
